Great idea Kirk. I voted desserts. And may I say how much I love the style of the blog, and the little cake image before comments, so cute.
There's just one thing I find strange: I thought whenever one starts a blog it shows up in one's profile page? All that I see there is your "My So Called Strife" blog, not this one.

You're my very first comment! :D Thanks, Mariana! It just so happens that I chose a dessert to start off the blog with! Aw, thank you for the nice compliments about the template. I'm learning to play around with it a little and make it more of what I want and less generic-looking.
The reason I think this blog may not have shown up when you looked at my profile page is because I had the "Add Blog to the Listings" option turned OFF, since I wanted to get the page set up first, before I made it accessible to the public. I've since changed that and will eventually get it added to all the blog traffic sites, etc.

So I voted for appetizers but am also oddly drawn to the bizarro category. Just wanted to let you now that. :)
I'm with Cheeky. I am a little eater so I like bite-size servings. Appetizers are king. Bizarro sounds fun, too. But I am not sure what would be included there.
I am a sucker for casseroles, too. We make a lot of them at home. People here in snobby Orange County think casseroles are supremely white trash, but I love them and I know better! I want to open a restaurant that serves only casseroles and comfort food.

Cool! Thank you! I may end up taking you up on that. Especially since I have changed my mind about originally blogging twice a week to three times a week. Eventually, I'm gonna run outta recipes. BUT, I have a few tricks up my sleeve, so we'll see. I'll definitely take you up on your offer. :D

Cool! I've always longed to have a quaint little cocktail party where I would serve assorted types of "puffs." I didn't know what they were for the longest time, but I heard plenty about them on TV shows! Lol! Sad, isn't it?
Ms. Q-
I know what you mean. I could live out the rest of my life on what I call "party foods": bite-size tuna salad sandwiches, pizza rolls, chicken nuggets, cocktail weiners, mini quiches, etc. Mmmm hmmm!
Oh, and by "Bizarro," I basically mean those recipes that use ingredients in an unconventional way (i.e. the upcoming "Tomato Soup Cake") and/or weirdo food combinations (i.e. the future Liver and Spaghetti recipe).
Thank you! I'm glad you like my idea for a blog. I've been wanting to do it for a long time, but just didn't have the time to get it all together. I'm hoping it turns out to be as much fun for my readers as it is for me!
